Why this page exists
Every claim on this site should be checkable against this list.
Software sold on a roadmap is sold on trust you have not had a chance to earn an opinion about. The three columns below are what the product does, what is built and switched off, and what does not exist. If something on another page of this site contradicts this page, this page is the one that is right and we want to hear about it.
There are automated checks in our build that compare parts of this against the code, so it cannot quietly drift while nobody is looking.

Designed, not switched on
- WhatsApp live intake. The data model and routing are built, and Mammrlla is verified by Meta as a Tech Provider. Registration of the client's own number is what is outstanding. In a diagnostic we read exported group chats instead, which needs nothing switched on.
Not built yet
- Industry agents
- Audio and video analysis. Intended to run on Gemini for specific cases such as a YouTube link or a recorded walkthrough, disclosed on the subprocessor list in advance, and not switched on
- Reading Word and Excel attachments. They pass triage and are then skipped, because neither is readable as a document block yet
- Slack, Asana, Jira, Monday, ClickUp, Notion and Confluence. Each needs an API key from the client and no platform approval, so they are short pieces of work rather than long ones, but none of them exists yet
- A brief that pushes what changed at the business to you, rather than answering when asked. The weekly brief that exists reports on the account: questions asked, documents filed, who has not connected
- Outlook and Microsoft 365

- Accounting system connections
- Embeddings over conversation text

How to read the third column
Not built does not mean not coming.
Industry agents are the whole point of the business and none of them is live, because each one is scoped and built for a particular client rather than shipped as a feature. That is a deliberate order of work, not a gap. What it means for you is that nobody can sell you one off a shelf, and the honest route to having one is a diagnostic that says which is worth building.
Buy the first column. Decide about the rest later.
