Start with a diagnostic, or just see it work.

A demo is a live look at the product on real documents, plus a conversation about access, roles and what would need to be true at your business. It is not a slide deck.

This reaches obakengm@mammrlla.com directly. We use it to answer you and nothing else.

Rather just email?

Enterprise buyers often will not use a form, and that is fair.

South African hours. If nobody picks up, it is because we are on another call — leave a message or write, and you will hear back the same working day.

Where we are

6 Calders Road, Bedfordview, Johannesburg, Gauteng, 2008, South Africa. We work with businesses anywhere in South Africa and the calls happen wherever you like.

Before you connect anything

Nothing is connected in a first conversation, and no permission is requested until you have read what is being asked for.

Security and POPIA

What happens next

Four steps, and you can stop at any of them.

We reply the same working day

From a person, not a sequence. If you wrote after hours it will be the next morning, South African time.

A call, about forty minutes

We ask what the repeated job is and where the documents live. You ask whatever you need to about access, POPIA and what happens to your data. No deck.

A live look, on real documents

Yours if you want it and are comfortable, ours if you would rather see it before connecting anything. Most people start with ours.

A written proposal

A fixed price for a diagnostic, what it covers, and what you get at the end of it. You keep the findings report whether or not you build anything after it.

What we will ask

Four questions that shape everything else.

Worth thinking about before the call, though none of them needs a firm answer. Not knowing which job costs you the most is itself a useful thing to establish.

Where the documents liveWhich mailboxes hold the contracts, quotes and correspondence. Usually fewer than people expect, and often not the ones on the org chart.
Who should be able to search themAnd, more importantly, who should not. This is a policy decision rather than a technical one and it is easier to make before anybody is invited.
Which repeated job costs you the mostEven a rough answer narrows the diagnostic considerably. If you do not know, that is a normal answer and it is part of what the reading is for.
Who signsBecause a diagnostic touches company mail, and the person who can approve that is not always the person in the meeting.

What we will not do

No sequence, no pressure, no pretending.

You will not be added to a nurture campaign, and nobody will ring you three times. If Panorithm is not right for your business we will say so on the first call, because a client who should not have bought is worse for us than one who never did. What it does today
